Why the U.S. is exceptional?
Three Lucky Coincidences
1. The People who made up the U.S. in 1700's were prevailingly moral, industrious, honest, cooperative, free of despotic governments,
prudent, self-restrained, and willing to succeed while often living
thrifty lives in order to be able to invest in their future (as opposed
to indulge themselves with frivolous pleasures). Many of them were
creative, ingenious, talented, and intelligent. They prevailingly
valued their freedom and the characteristics listed above, and tended
to disapprove of those who did not value their freedom or did not
possess those characteristics. They prevailingly believed that the
right to life, liberty, and property were among the most basic,
inalienable, individual rights of The People.
2. The framers of the
U.S. Constitution discovered a system of governance that provides
practical means for securing accountability of the government to The
People, while the government so established is strong enough to
efficiently perform its basic functions: national defense, law
enforcement, and enforcement of contracts.

3.
The recent accomplishments of the Industrial Revolution, paired with
the emergence of modern Western capitalism, allowed the newly-declared
Americans to build a highly productive economy that provided strong
basis for commonly-shared prosperity.
Conclusions
Maintaining and improving the Three Lucky Coincidences should be our topmost value and priority that cannot be overridden by novel but simplistic and risky ideas, such as social leveling, social justice, and collectivisation of property that were embedded in several emerging ideologies (of socialism, liberalism, communism, and others).
