Amlan Chatterjee is Assitant Professor of Computer Science at the California State University Dominguez Hills.
Dr. Chatterjee finished his Ph.D. from
the School of Computer Science at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Chatterjee's research interests are primarily in the areas of high-performance computing and big-data, with potential collaborative work across multiple disciplines. His current projects involve analyzing large graphs, specifically online social networks, using commodity multi-core hardware such as graphics processing units (GPU). He is also exploring the structure of networks and addressing their dynamic nature by offsetting the memory limitations on GPUs using graph compression techniques.
