OF
PRESENTATIONS
Presence
of the audience during the presentations is mandatory. Those
absent or late will
lose 1% of total credit for each missed presentation.
Each paper for presentation needs
professor's pre-approval. A half-page proposal needed to be submitted by
September 29, 2011.
Time slots (listed below)
will be allocated to pre-approved presentations on a
first-come-first-served basis.
Each speaker will have 10
min for presentation and 3 min. for answering questions. Please, time
yourself accordingly as it will be no extra time available.
Authors of the approved proposals: please,
e-mail me your full name and the title of your presentation ASAP. Please, indicate your day preference. Also, please, attach the
approved proposal page with the final version of your paper when you
will be submitting it.
My
records show that, as of Nov. 22, the following students did not submit their
presentation proposals or that the proposals they submitted were
returned without approval.
Please,
submit your proposal ASAP. In the case you miss your presentation you
may lose from 20 to 40 percent of the total credit in this course.
